Book Description

First published in 1924, 'Scientific Healing Affirmations' is a handbook to optimistic and potent thought by Paramahansa Yogananda, an Indian Hindu monk, yogi, and guru who presented millions to the teachings of meditation and Kriya Yoga through his organization Self-Realization Fellowship/Yogoda Satsanga Society of India, and who lived his last 32 years in America.

This work was far ahead of its time in demonstrating how influential and useful positive affirmations can be in one’s daily life.
